The Company

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Mythium application or service (including Mythium Roleplay Dating and Time Locker), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use our services. By using Mythium apps you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this condition.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at ghallad@mythium.app
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to our platforms, you grant Mythium a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our applications
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) against our services without written permission
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Circumventing in-app purchase systems

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store). Refunds are governed by the policies of that platform. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property

All Mythium branding, software, artwork, and product names are the exclusive property of AI Future Marketing Consulting FZE LLC. No part of our services may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mythium and its parent company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
